Shipping and Deliveries
Free shipping on all orders over $300.00AUD
We use Australia Post Express for all deliveries within Australia.
Please allow between 1-5 business days from date of dispatch for Australian deliveries.
Pricing for shipping is subject to the weight of the items purchased. Up to 3kgs is $13AUD, over 3kgs is $20AUD.
Please note if an item you have purchased is on pre order all items will be dispatched when the pre order item is in stock. Deliveries are not made on weekends.

International deliveries are sent by DHL Express delivery service and all shipments are sent with a proactive tracking number to monitor your delivery. All international deliveries must have a correct street address and mobile telephone number. DHL does not pick up/deliver on weekends.

The Naked Tiger is NOT liable for any fees or taxes you may incur. We recommend you investigate the import duties, customs and local sales taxes you may be liable for. If you refuse to pay the import duties your items will be destroyed by customs and we will not be able to refund any costs to you.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact DHL and they will assist you with locating your parcel. DHL can be contacted on the the following numbers:

The Naked Tiger is not liable for packages lost in transit or for packages that the customer has give DHL Express authority to leave without a signature.
All import duties or taxes that a customer may incur are payable by the customer. These taxes are imposed by the government of the country the customer is shipping to.
Please read our returns policy carefully prior to returning any items. Please see the returns form at the bottom of this page and ensure it is included with your return (if you can not print it just include the information on a piece of paper). If returns information is not included we will not be able to process your return.
We do not return or exchange any swimwear bottoms, swimwear sets, earrings, underwear or intimate items (bodysuits)
We do not return or exchange any sale items or any items purchased using a discount code.
If swimwear bottoms, swimwear sets, underwear, earrings or sale items are returned to us they will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you.
Australian customers can return items within 7 days from receipt of item.
International customers can return items within 14 days from receipt of item.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Fill in the required information on the returns form below (if you can not print the form please put the required information on a piece of paper).
2. Send your item and a copy of the returns form to the address below within 7 days of receipt of an item for Australian customers and within 14 days of receipt of an item for international customer.

3. We recommend using a traceable form of post as we take no liability for loss of any items.
4. Once we receive the return item we inspect it to ensure it has not been worn, used or washed and all original tags and packaging are intact.
5. We process all of our returns as quickly as possible. Postage is not refunded.
Returns on sale items are not accepted.
Returns on swimwear bottoms or swimwear sets are not accepted.
If swimwear bottoms, swimwear sets or sale items are returned to us they will not be refunded nor will they be sent back to you.
All items returned must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags and packaging intact.
You must provide your order number with your return to enable us to credit the monies back to you.
All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for Australian customers and within 14 days of receipt for international customers. Returns outside of this time limit will not be accepted.
The customer will not be refunded the cost of postage and all customers are to cover the cost of return postage.
Please ensure you use a traceable form of post to ensure that the item can be tracked as we will not be liable for the loss of any items being returned. Once the returned items have been received in their original condition they will be assessed and a refund will be forwarded to the customer, please note returns are only processed on Thursdays (we are located in Australia). The Naked Tiger will provide a refund of monies to the customer.
If you believe there is a fault with your item please email us at email@example.com Please include a description and photograph of the fault.
If you wish to exchange an item for store credit or an alternate size please follow our return policy and request in the form you are wanting an exchange for an alternate size or store credit.
Once we receive the item from you, you will be emailed a store credit to the value you have used, plus shipping charges to re-send the item.
The shipping fee must be paid before we process the exchange and send you the item.
The Naked Tiger does not pay shipping to send an exchange item.
AFTERPAY AND SEZZLE:
All returns from customers using Afterpay or Sezzle will be liable for the associated fees and charges. Afterpay and Sezzle orders will incur a 10% return fee, the 10% is charged on the purchase price of the products ordered. Any refund of an item purchased by a customer using Afterpay or Sezzle will have the associated fees deducted from their refund amount.

Once your return is received all items are inspected to ensure they meet our returns criteria (please see our returns policy on this website). If your item does not meet our returns criteria it you will not be refunded and the item will not be shipped back to you.
All returns are credited back to you via your payment method.
10% of the total price is deducted from all returns using Afterpay or Sezzle.
Please do not return swimwear bottoms, underwear or sale items as these items will not be refunded.
